How Does Newstrail Work?

6-Steps Guide to generate an article: Explained.

1. Identifying a Relevant Topic

When a significant political event or topic emerges within the past 72 hours and is covered by the most widely-read newspapers across the globe, we identify it as a subject worth analyzing.

2. Collecting Diverse Sources

We gather articles covering the same topic from 21 global sources to ensure a balanced and inclusive foundation. These sources include, among others, The Guardian, La Nacion, Reuters, The New York Times, Fox News, Yomiuri Shimbun, Vanguard, Al-Jazeera, O Globo, and The Jerusalem Post. This diversity ensures a representation of different continents, ideologies, and cultural perspectives.

3. AI-Driven Analysis

Using an Artificial Intelligence LLM model (GPT-4.0), we analyze the collected articles to:

- Identify key points that are consistent across all sources.
- Highlight divergent details and unique perspectives presented by individual publications.

4. Article Creation

With the analysis in hand, we instruct the AI to generate a concise, readable, and balanced article. The final piece integrates the common themes and differing viewpoints into a single, cohesive overview that reflects Newstrail’s core values of neutrality and transparency.

5. Ensuring Transparency

To promote openness and trust, we make our process transparent. The code used for article generation is available on our GitHub page (see below) as open-access; inviting collaboration, review, and feedback from the community.

6. Publishing and Sharing

The final article is published on our website and shared across our social media platforms, where it remains free and accessible indefinitely. This ensures everyone can stay informed with a comprehensive, unbiased perspective on current events.
